Translation of a Flower GirlHello everybody !

During the next minutes, I will have the pleasure to teach you how to do this creation. Let's begin !

We begin with a new document with a picture in.

For this first step, we apply an image (Ctrl + A, and after Ctrl + Shift + C and after Ctrl + V). We have a new layer with your picture. Smudge and erase where the girl is. Down the opacity.

I smudge again but now in the borders of the girl. I erase the girl.

I finish with “Ripple” with a lighten blend mode with a 50% opacity.

It looks good. The only negative thing I can see is that the cityscape in the background is slightly too empty in my opinion. It fades away too quickly and just looks like a gray smudge. Otherwise, it's a fine looking piece of work.

What exactly did you do?
